Getting Started

Sign in with Gmail and tour the dashboard in a couple of minutes.

  • Open https://apoxai.com in a Chromium-based browser for the best experience.
  • Click “Sign in with Gmail”. APOX currently supports gmail.com addresses only.
  • Approve the Google authorization request; if invited from VS Code, complete the device code step.
  • After signing in you land on the personal dashboard with recent projects and stage indicators.

Projects & Members

Create focused workspaces, add teammates, and keep metadata in sync with IDE bindings.

  • Click “Create Project”, provide a name (letters, numbers, hyphen, underscore) and a short description.
  • Optional: add notes for internal reminders and list teammate slugs to grant access.
  • Project cards show each agentflow stage from PRD to Implementation Planning at a glance.
  • Use Project Settings to update names, members, or notes—changes flow automatically to bound IDE folders.

Stage-by-Stage Agentflow

Let specialized agents unlock each milestone while you keep full control.

  • PRD Analysis: upload or draft requirements; APOX standardizes the document automatically.
  • PRD Backlog: the PO Agent expands Epics, Stories, Tasks—review duplicates and priorities before continuing.
  • UX & UI Backlog: provide design preferences to receive journeys, components, and accessibility notes.
  • System & Dev Backlog: generate architecture specs and development checklists in sequence.
  • Implementation Planning: connect IDE for live prompts; without IDE, APOX still stores batches in IMPL_BACKLOG.md.

IDE Companion

Keep docs in sync and work directly from VS Code with friendly commands.

  • Install the APOX extension in VS Code, sign in with the same Gmail account, and choose “APOX: Bind Project”.
  • Ensure the folder name matches the APOX project exactly; the extension creates an `apox-docs/` workspace folder.
  • Edit Markdown artefacts locally—changes sync automatically. Use “APOX: Sync Now” for manual push/pull.
  • During Impl Backlog generation, open the Tasks tab to monitor batches, copy prompts, and track completion.

Help & Support

A few quick checks before you write to us.

  • Google login stuck? Clear browser cookies or retry in an Incognito window.
  • Seeing “failed to sync” in the IDE? Confirm you are signed in and the correct folder is bound, then run “APOX: Sync Now”.
  • Impl Backlog taking longer? Leave the browser or IDE open—large batches may need several minutes.
  • Still blocked? Email support@apoxai.com with your project name and a short description of what happened.
